At their debut in '98, Mâäk was still a quartet. 20 years later, 3 protagonists of those early years - trumpet player Laurent Blondiau, saxophonist Jeroen van Herzeele and double bass player Sal La Rocca - together with drummer Dré Pallemaerts enter the stage again. They play contemporary jazz with room for improvisation.
